OVATION NEED-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS

Ovation Academy strives to be accessible to all local families, regardless of financial status or ability to pay.

To apply for a need-based scholarship, please download, print, and complete the form below.
Applications may be submitted by mail, email, or in person. Please see instructions on form.

Scholarship applications may be submitted any time throughout the year and applied to any Ovation Academy program. Each household is eligible for a maximum of $500 in scholarship funding per calendar year.

Once submitted, staff will review applications according to demonstrated need and availability of funds. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and consideration. Submitting an application does not gaurantee funding.

Scholarship recipients will be notified of their award via email, and funds will be directly applied to the recipient’s tuition account balance.

Oak Park Youth Township Scholarship

We recommend looking into the Oak Park Youth Township scholarship if you’re an Oak Park or River Forest resident. For that, you’ll fill out the form on their website and then send it to us. We sign it, and submit it to the OP Youth Township Scholarship Association. If approved (and they typically do approve), they send the check directly to Ovation to offset your tuition.  It’s a wonderful partnership and we have several families who have utilized it successfully. I’ll include more info below and the link to the form. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of further assistance.  Thank you!
