MICHAEL EHLERS

Michael Ehlers is a professional actor, singer and dancer, director, and choreographer and has performed all over the country and parts of Europe. Michael has performed on Broadway in “CATS”, National Tours of Scrooge (the musical) starring Richard Chamberlain, Joseph in the Amazing Technicaolor Dreamcoat (starring Donny Osmond), Cats, Chess, and Evita.

Chicago credits include: Admiral Von Schreiber in The Sound of Music, Hertz in Rock of Ages, Snyder in Newsies, Dad, Professor, and many characters in Legally Blonde, Chadwick in Elf, Scuttle in Disney’s The Little Mermaid, and Wilbur in Hairspray at the Paramount Theater, Gene in Sideman (Amercan Blues), Emcee in Cabaret (Metropolis), Don Lockwood in Singin’ in the Rain (Drury Lane), Al Jolson in Jolson and Company at Theatre at the Center, as well as several production at Marriott Linconshire Theatre.

Regional favorites include Herbie in Gypsy and Pete in Pete ‘n’ Keely.

Film credits include Father Donald in “The Demon Within” and Peter in “Just like a Woman” with Sienna Miller)

TV credits include Chicago PD and most recently, a 2024 Thanksgiving commercial for Meijer grocery stores.
