ALEXA WILLIAMS

Alexa Williams (she/her) is a voice teacher, director, vocalist, actor, dancer, and choreographer. She holds a B.A. in Music Theatre and Dance Education from Elmhurst
University, and has performed and taught all over Chicagoland. Alexa has been a multi-year finalist as well as placing first in the National Association for Teachers of Singing (NATS) Chicago, Central Region, and National Competitions. Her dedication to performance is matched by her passion for pedagogy and helping shape her students as artists. She strongly believes in training performance interpretation with an equal emphasis on healthy, sustainable technique in both body and voice. Alexa continues to fulfill her own performance career in Chicago while working with students, and consistently seeks out opportunities for her students to exercise their performance skills and discover their unique artistic voice. She is thrilled to get to contribute to student growth with the team at Ovation.
