Dacota Schwarte is a stage manager, designer, and creative originally from Omaha, Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with a concentration in Stage Management. During her college experience, she studied abroad in England for 6 months, she encourages everyone to study abroad to experience new cultures and ways of doing theatre! Dacota has had a passion for theatre for as long as she can remember, being on stage and off. She has worked for multiple companies, including Nebraska Shakespeare, Omaha Community Playhouse, Theatre Charlotte, BravO! National Dance and Talent Competition, and Forevermore Dance and Theatre Arts. She loves working with all the kids who walk through the doors here at Ovation, wants to continue making it a safe environment for all, and encourages them to be their truest selves on stage!
