Broadway Academy

Throughout the year, Ovation Academy produces up to 8 full-scale musical productions with students ages 6-18. Students rehearse 3 times weekly as they work to construct a 30-60 minute musical performance that is open to the public to enjoy. As they go through the process and experience what it takes to perform in a musical, students will hone their fundamental musical theater skills – singing, dancing, and acting – while gaining the confidence to take the stage in front of an audience. The program is perfect for students with prior experience, as well as beginners who are ready to jump into the exciting world of musical theater for the first time!

Disney Pixar’s Finding Nemo KIDS

Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves.

Oliver

Oliver! JR

The streets of Victorian England come to life as Oliver, an underfed orphan in a workhouse, becomes the neglected apprentice of an undertaker. Oliver escapes to London and finds acceptance amongst a group of petty thieves and pickpockets led by the elderly Fagin. When Oliver is captured for a theft that he did not commit, the benevolent victim, Mr. Brownlow, takes him in. Fearing the safety of his hideout, Fagin employs the sinister Bill Sikes and the sympathetic Nancy to kidnap him back, threatening Oliver’s chances of discovering the true love of a family.
