LEE PETERS

Lee is a Creative Arts professional who specializes in education and storytelling in all its forms. Lee is grateful to have had many opportunities to work with and impact the lives of young people as teacher, director, and administrator for over 20 years. He is currently a company member with Playmakers Laboratory who teach writing skills in Chicagoland schools and turn student writing into short sketches. Additionally, Lee teaches and directs with Ovation Academy, is a teaching artist with Chicago Danztheatre, and Chicago Arts Partnerships in Education, he is the Interim Board President for the International Children’s Media center who help kids build healthy screen habits and he is an Artistic Associate with Chicago Playback Theatre.
