Cancellation and Make-up Policy
We require that families provide 24-hours of notice for cancellation. Lessons cancelled without 24-hour notice are ineligible for make-up. No refunds are given for missed classes.

A maximum of 2 absences may be made up. Make ups can be made in any class, provided that it is the same age and experience level as the student. Prior experience should be considered when determining the appropriate make-up class. Finding the appropriate substitute class is the responsibility of the student and family. Please notify Ovation Academy by email or phone as to the intended make up class.

Private lessons may be available for a make-up class for an additional fee.

Not sure if the class is right for you? You are welcome to "try out" one class for $25! We request at least 24-hour notice of anticipated attendance so that the instructor can make arrangements to accommodate the new student.

Financial Policies
Payments are due one week prior to the first class. Tuition payment may be made by cash, check, or through PayPal. Please email the office at ovationacademyarts@gmail.com if special payment terms are needed. Checks may be made payable to Ovation Academy. If you withdraw registration within one (1) week of the initial starting date, your tuition will be refunded less a 25% deposit. If your child withdraws from a class after the first class for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to: voluntary withdrawal, illness or injury, school-related issues, or any other reason), 25% of your initial tuition will be refunded.

SIBLING DISCOUNT: A $25 discount (per session) is provided for each sibling who registers.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Ovation Academy has the right to cancel a class one week prior to the start date. Refunds will be processed if a class is cancelled. No refunds available if purchaser drops a class unless the spot can be filled from the waiting list. If a spot can be filled, a refund less a $25 administrative fee will be given.
